1:1 In-Person Training

1:1 in-person training consists of 1-hour training sessions with a program individualized to you. Each workout is tailored to your specific goals, needs, and body.
A huge focus of my coaching is proper movement technique and progressive overload. So many women put real time and energy into their workouts, and may even feel like they worked hard, but aren't seeing the results they're capable of — often simply because no one has taught them how to move well. Learning to do movements correctly doesn't just make your workouts more effective, it builds a foundation of strength and body awareness that carries over into everything else you do. When you know how to properly engage your core, you'll get so much more out of your Pilates classes. When you build real strength, activities like running or pickleball feel easier and you become far less prone to injury. The skills you develop in our sessions together don't stay in the gym — they show up in every workout, every sport, and every part of your daily life.
Movement is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is a great training program. Cardio, strength training, and modalities like yoga and Pilates all have a place in a well-rounded fitness routine — but the difference between spinning your wheels and actually seeing results comes down to how you train, not just that you train. Smart, intentional programming is what turns effort into progress.
