1:1 Coaching
My 1:1 coaching is designed to help you follow through with your goals and aspirations, enhance your mindset, and become the version of yourself you want to be.
if you want to change the way you think, change your habits and behaviors, and get intentional about the life you’re creating, let’s work together.
We start with an initial call to gain clarity on what you’re working toward and the version of yourself you want to become. We’ll then create an action plan based on this clarity.
Then we will chat weekly or bi-weekly for you to receive coaching, guidance, accountability, and support on what you’re working towards. We’ll be monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure progress toward your goals.
You will have a weekly reflection check-in where you’ll receive feedback and guidance along with evidence-based action steps tailored to you and your goals.
My coaching methodology is based on neuroscience and behavior change psychology to help you make the mindset and behavioral changes you want for yourself.

I absolutely love all things neuroscience, mindset, human behavior, and self-transformation. Personal development and self-transformation work has changed my life in a multitude of ways and I’m so passionate about bringing that opportunity to others. Everyone deserves to be happy, healthy, empowered versions of themselves.
