Hi! I'm Brianna, a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Austin, Texas. My journey began in college, where I started lifting weights while studying pre-physical therapy — and I quickly discovered how transformative it was. Strength training made me feel more confident and empowered, and I knew I wanted to share that experience with as many people as possible. So much confidence can come from showing up for yourself, learning what your body can do, and realizing you're more capable than you ever thought.
Over the years, I noticed a common theme among women: many feel unsure or out of place in the gym, and even those who are showing up consistently and enjoying their workouts often aren't seeing the results they deserve — simply because they were never taught how to train effectively. That gap is exactly what I'm here to close. My focus is helping women train in ways that deliver real results, improve their health, and build lasting confidence in the gym. Beyond the workouts, my goal is to help clients cultivate sustainable habits and find joy in their movement and fitness.

I've been personal training since 2018 and hold a B.S. in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin. I'm also a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition, a certified mindset coach through HMCC, and bring 10 years of experience working with injuries and rehabilitation.
